The committee has worked with other groups throughout the year to raise funds for our parish and for our friends in Sumy.

Planned events 2012 are :-
MARCH Friday 2nd St. David Celebration Race Night 7.00 p.m. Wine, Fruit Juice and a bet on the horse races for a donation to the parish.
APRIL Sunday 8th Easter Raffle and Coffee Morning
MAY Saturday 26th 7.30 p.m. Limelight Productions present WHO KILLED THE HOTEL MANAGER £6.00 per person inc nibbles, wine and fruit juice for a donation.
AUGUST date to be confirmed Parish outing to Pantasaph and Holywell
SEPTEMBER Sunday 2nd Parish Picnic
OCTOBER Sunday 7th St. Francis Celebration Coffee Morning
NOVEMBER Saturday 10th Old Time Music Hall
DECEMBER Sunday 16th Christmas Raffle and Coffee Morning
The committee meets early in January to draft a plan for the year. A meeting is then held a few weeks before most events to organise details. Membership of the committee is flexible, in that anyone is welcome to attend in an ongoing capacity, or on an ad hoc basis, to help with a specific event. Some people prefer not to be involved with the meetings but let us know that they are happy to muck in and help out at the events.
